Elements are made of atoms, electrons, and protons.

Atoms, electrons, and protons are mode of elementary particles.

These elementary particles are known to have both solid and wave properties.

Yes we human are made of these elementary partticle.

Yes, we humans are solid and waves.

As waves, we are emitting certain type of waves.

We are receiving what we put out.

So let’s choose what we emit for future ourselves.
